tiA Technology manufactures Jumbo Bag Discharge systems for effective transfer of material from jumbo bags to process lines. The systems can be customized to suit the requirements of clients by providing features like knives to cut the jumbo bags, to providing feeders for controlled discharge of the material to providing fully sealed systems to prevent dust emissions. Rubber membranes and dust extraction points can be provided to maintain a dust free environment.
To overcome difficulties of flowability the jumbo bag dischargers will be equipped with electrovibrators to aid discharge from the bags. Additionally the Jumbo Bag Discharge system can be integrated to aero – mechanical conveyors for high speed transfer of the raw material from one location to another. The dischargers can be constructed out of mild steel or stainless steel depending on the product. |
